Based on ancient knowledge and Vedic practices, we promote physical, mental, emotional and psychic well-being through self-healing courses. These are individualised courses, geared to identify personal areas of weakness, vulnerability and ill-health, and then learn the techniques to overcome these. You are taught to identify and adopt those practices and lifestyle that is most beneficial for you, and in the process to promote longevity, youthfulness and healthful living.
