Course Fees

The academy offers a rang of course prices from Rs. 1200 (US$27) to Rs. 1,600 (US$ 36) per person per day to suit individual needs. Almost all rooms are double occupancy. Single rooms are limited, so please book early for single rooms or pay a single supplement charge. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.


Fees are tuition fees and include full board and lodging.

In the advanced section, the much-coveted secret teachings of Sankalpa (towards samadhi) Course entail an additional payment of USD 1150 (Rs 50,000) as admission fees, over and above the course fee ( this will cover the basic plus all 4 advanced levels) payable in advance and non-refundable, whether or not you are able to complete the course.


Yogic meals

Meals consist of vegetarian food cooked according to Yogic principles that are best suited to the practices being learnt. The food will be nutritious, healthful and satvik (pure) and will include fruit juices, vegetables, beans, grains, milk, curds and dairy products.

During mealtimes, it is expected that we observe silence and eat in mindfulness.
Throughout the course, the following meals are served:
Breakfast: 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
Fruit juice, cereal, breads (Indian or otherwise) sprouted beans, fruits, milk and curds.

Lunch: 1:00 p.m. - 2.00 p.m.
Full nutritious lunch, which is the main meal of the day, followed by a 2-hour period of rest and relaxation.

Evening light meal: 7.00 p.m. - 8.00 p.m.
A light snack of soup, fruits and milk will be served. This promotes alertness for the evening discourse, facilitates meditation and is conducive to a rejuvenating sleep.

Alcoholic beverages and all intoxicants are prohibited during courses. It is recommended that as far as possible, you abstain from cigarettes and coffee. Tea, green tea and herbal tea will be served twice daily. No snacks will be served. Do try to exercise restraint and avoid eating snacks, munchies, biscuits, and chocolates between meals. This will allow you to derive the maximum benefit from these courses.

Extra points

Social interaction: Please keep in mind that these courses are designed to promote positive thought vibrations, alert and awake states of mind and conducive atmosphere for spiritual unfolding. Silence, mindfulness and alert observation are recommended.

At all times, any conversation is expected to promote well being and be aimed at personal and spiritual development. Idle chatter, gossip and negative, argumentative or unconstructive chat is to be avoided.

Please treat all individuals with respect and accord space for differences in culture, upbringing and environmental influences.
